Good stuff. No vinegar. Just a little spice, no real heat (which is what I want.) I went thru my first bottle very quickly, ordered 3 more, so that's my story.
Tremendous sauce
Excellent flavorful sauce.works on veggie burgers, pasta ,eggs. Creamy garlicky fresh tasting -good mild heat. Could also see this with vegetables or as a dressing
Ingredients change
Water is the first ingredient now, and so it’s watery. I liked the older recipe better.

I love this hot sauce. I will eat the whole bottle in 1 sitting. The heat is perfect for non Chile heads too!
