I went thru a phase of trying many different hot sauces to determine which I liked best. This won out over everything else. Its my absolute favorite. Now I am not a big fan of vinegar and I like spicy but I do not care for hot sauces that are aiming to be the hottest thing out there. I just wanted a hot sauce that is very flavorful and yet has a little bit of heat to it. This is it for me.
